It would be an interesting experiment to use iodine homeopathically. But if you have a potentially serious disease such as fibrocystic breasts or thyroid problems, I’s stick to Iodoral or Lugol’s.That being said, the only way we could really test a homeopathic is if the person taking it got bromide detox. The effectiveness of iodine is usually judged by its ability to displace bromide, even tho not everybody gets detox. 10,541 hits

There is a company that sells an ”EZ Fill” it attaches to your faucet, filters the water, then goes up in to your pail or whatever solution container you are using. So you can easily adjust the temperature. And don’t have to lift anything. I would be careful using a shower unit, mainly because both pressure and temperature can change so easily. 1,726 hits

Oil, Lionfriend, I just used some fish oil, and I think that may be what is missing..? The nausea faded a bit, and my appetite came a bit back. (1-2 hours after a small handful of fish oil capsules)The halides can interfere with neurological function as well as many others, but Hg in particular interferes with normal neuronal firing. I’m grasping at straws here, but maybe the nausea is the liver/parasympathetic nerve system complaining about missing a cofactor? Totally diferent things. The epsom salts are a laxative and the sea salt works because the ratio of water to salt is supposed to be the same specific gravity as the blood thus it just runs right through your system.E’s explanation regarding dehydrtion is as I understand it also.Have you tried using the grey Celtic Sea Salt for the SWF? It makes a huge difference in taste. It is much more palatable. It is also much mellower and less astringent than any of the white salts. I am interested in purchasing water from someone who owns one of John E.’s LWM4 or LWM5 machines and knows how to use it. I do not personally know anyone who has one or seen one in action. I know you can buy water from John Ellis himself, and have tried it, but it seems absurdly overpriced compared to the price of the machine. I”m sorry that the vitamin E and thiamine made you feel so terrible! They really seem to work for me, I guess that goes to show how differently we all respond to supplementation.
